Influencer Outreach Draft Approval Example
A no-send workflow example that separates outreach draft quality, human approval, manual sent records, and reply status.
Four states that must not collapse
- 01
Draft prepared
The message has brand, product, offer, creator evidence, and a clear request, but has not been approved or sent.
- 02
Approved for manual use
A reviewer accepted the copy and claims. This is permission for a person to use the draft outside Website V1.
- 03
Manually recorded as sent
An operator records an external send event. Website V1 does not deliver or verify it.
- 04
Reply status recorded
Interested, question, negotiation, decline, or no response is entered manually; there is no inbox sync.
Approval checklist
- 01
Evidence
Personalization refers only to visible, relevant public evidence and avoids invented familiarity.
- 02
Offer
Product focus, requested next step, compensation or sample assumptions, and open questions are explicit.
- 03
Claims and consent
No guaranteed outcome, hidden obligation, automatic enrollment, or implied content rights.
- 04
Execution boundary
The draft view says no send and keeps manual execution outside the public website.
